Alright, this is kinda creepy cool. Reminds me of some obscure Pink Floyd intro or something. It’s a little long, but at least listen to part of the super slow version of HAL 9000 and I think you might agree.

The Making of The Shining (by Vivian Kubrick)
Stanley Kubrick allowed his then-17-year-old daughter, Vivian, to make a documentary about the production of The Shining. Created originally for the British television show BBC Arena, the documentary offers rare insight into the shooting process of a Kubrick film.
Great movie, and actually a pretty neat behind the scenes video.
The Most Comma Laden 52 Words In History
I’m pretty sure I just ran across the most comma laden 52 words in history.
WHEN HE WAS 12 YEARS OLD, PHILIP SEYMOUR HOFFMAN saw a local production of “All My Sons” near his home in Rochester, and it was, for him, one of those rare, life-altering events where, at an impressionable age, you catch a glimpse of another reality, a world that you never imagined possible.
Good god. I appreciate Philip Seymour Hoffman as an actor, but this sentence just lacks all kinds of integrity even though it puts Hoffman in a nice light.
Fine job, indeed. I’m no grammer-nazi but I just couldn’t look past this first sentence. The entire first sentence read to me like it was William Shatner speaking and the commas were used for pauses.

Fanboys: The Trailer
I’m so going to watch this movie on cable when it comes out no matter how big of a piece of shit it turns out to be. I mean, it’s got Princess Leia, Lando Calrissian, Jay, Silent Bob, Captain James T. Kirk, the fat dude (Willam) from Mallrats and more. How can I not watch this when I can say I’ve seen Red Sonja?
