How Software Companies Die
Well played sir. I couldn’t agree with this more. And it doesn’t just apply to bundled software applications – it spans the entire “coding / scripting” genre – whether it be packaged software, or right down to a website.
Projector Graffiti
This would be pretty cool to play with.
The simple explanation is that it’s a cellphone paired to a mac using proprietary software, custom scripting and graphics, and then the results are displayed through a projector connected to the computer. The whole system is mobile and with the right projector/beamer, quite bright.

This little gem seemed as if I had wrote it, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who can relate to this story.
It spent the last weeks of its life dutifully opening and closing its CD ROM drive every two minutes, reaching in vain for the restart button that it’d never touch again.
